TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using CrackMy.App (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CrackMy.App ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms may be modified at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms • You are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country • You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Account Creation and Maintenance: • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion • You may not transfer or sell your account to another party Security Responsibilities: • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account • You must use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available • You must not use automated methods to access the Platform without explicit written permission • You must not attempt to bypass any security measures

User-Generated Content: • You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content") • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform User Content Content Restrictions: • Must not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code • Must not violate any third-party intellectual property rights • Must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material • Must not expose sensitive information or vulnerabilities • Must not connect to unknown external services, API endpoints, or other resources via the internet • Must be appropriate for the community and comply with all applicable laws We reserve the right to: • Review, monitor, and remove any User Content • Disclose User Content to law enforcement if required • Use User Content for Platform improvement and marketing

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Uploading or transmitting malicious software or harmful code • Attempting to breach or compromise the Platform's security • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior • Impersonating others or providing false information • Commercial exploitation without written permission • Automated access or scraping without explicit authorization • Reverse engineering the Platform except as explicitly permitted • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform • Circumventing any technical measures or restrictions Violations may result in: • Immediate account termination • Legal action • Reporting to law enforcement • Monetary penalties • Permanent IP address bans

Payment Processing: • All payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors • We do not store complete credit card information • All transactions are subject to payment processor terms and conditions Donations and Subscriptions: • All donations are final and non-refundable • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service interruption Dispute Resolution: • Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days • Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination • We reserve the right to suspend users who abuse our payment systems

Upload Restrictions: • Maximum file size: 8MB per file • Allowed file types: ZIP Archive • Files must be scanned for malware • Files must not contain sensitive personal information Storage Terms: • We do not guarantee permanent storage • We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files • We may limit storage space at our discretion Security Measures: • Files are encrypted at rest • Access logs are maintained • Files may be scanned for compliance • We may remove files that violate our terms

Platform Content: • All Platform content and features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws • Platform name, logo, and branding are our trademarks • You may not use our trademarks without written permission User Rights: • You retain rights to your uploaded content • You must respect others' intellectual property rights • You must have necessary rights to content you upload DMCA Compliance: • We respond to DMCA takedown notices • False claims may result in account termination • Counter-notices must follow legal requirements

Data Collection and Use: • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy • We comply with applicable data protection laws • We implement reasonable security measures • We may share data with law enforcement if required User Privacy Responsibilities: • You must not collect or harvest user data • You must not attempt to de-anonymize users • You must report privacy violations • You must protect others' personal information

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Agreement to Arbitrate: • You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration • Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association • Proceedings will be in English • The arbitrator's decision is final and binding Class Action Waiver: • You waive any right to participate in class actions • All disputes must be resolved individually • No class arbitrations are permitted Opt-out Rights: • You may opt-out within 7 days of registration • Opt-out must be in writing to [email protected] including your name, email, phone number, and mailing address. • Opt-out does not affect other Terms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • We provide the Platform "AS IS" without warranties • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for: - User Content or conduct - Loss of data or profits - Security breaches beyond our control - Service interruptions - Third-party links or services
